That is when a creepy dude walks up to a strip club not intending to go in
and tries to peak over the bouncers shoulder......... of wait I thought

I avoid lowball like the plague. I have nightmares of having to muck
a royal flush.

I never play high. I'm stone cold sober.

Besides, the two don't compare. A wheel is nothing special in the
grand scheme of things. But how many times do you get dealt a royal
flush?

I knew who Roger Byers was. Never played with him, cuz I was a small limit
player compared to those guys. I remember him in the bar at Bell Club. In
fact, I think I remember him getting hustled at the Pac Man machine by Alex,

In 1964 Roger owned the Union 76 station at the corner of San Bruno Ave.
and El Camino Real in San Bruno. He was one of the best live ones at
Artichoke Joes in those days.

lol Ha! That's a funny story, Russ. HEY, you CHEATED!!! lol

Back in maybe the very early '80s, I'm down town San Diego. It's a tough
neighborhood, and cardrooms all over the place in those days. I think I'm
playing something like $1-$5 high draw, guts. So, it's round table, and I'm
dealing. I give two people 3 cards after the draw, and gotta reshuffle.
What the fuck? lol

Ah, I loved that neighborhood in those days. Cardrooms, hookers,
degenerates, cheats, fights, stabbings, my kinda place. I loved it.

There was a card club in Chico in like 81-82 that once a week spread a
game called "must draw" .. you got 4 cards before the draw and played from
there. It didnt last long .. the "BOOK" on the game was too strong

and I will assume that you know that I know what a "free look" is !!
