Subject: poker stars is loaded with cheaters

I have been playing there for the past 6 weeks and every time I win a few bucks
they set you up with a bad beat and take it back. I think it is impossible to
win money at the cash tables. I have stayed in the same $100 range for weeks.
Up 50 then they take it back no matter what. If I tighten up and only play
premium hands they will still set me up w kk vs aa. I would like to here if
anyone consistantly makes money. I think only the cheaters win. This site
seems to be littered with cheats who manipulate pot odds with suspicious bets
when I have a good hand. EX. I have AA at a 9 person 25c nlh table regular
guy #1 raises to $1 regular guy #2 raises to 3.50 i raise to 12 , guy 1 folds,
guy 2 puts me all in and i lose to kk when they spike a king on the flop. EX#2
My account is hot and a regular i hve noted as a cheat joins the table and
posts, i have jj and another regular before me in position raises to $10 (out
of the blue, he hasnt made any raises like it) w just the .35c in blinds on the
table, i fold my jj and guy who just sits down calls and has ak and ak hits on
the flop and he wins, guy who raises to 10 mucks. Ex.3 at a $6 sng 9 person I
have kk 1st hand and guy before me makes a ridiculous raise of about 1450-1490
out of 1500 chips i push all in and he has ace 7 and hits an ace. wtf
It is obvious the cards are manipulated by 3-4 cheats on almost every table. We
all know depending on how the betting takes place is in direct correlation with
the next card dealt. I had been playing on Party for the last 2 years and never
seen anything like this.

did party start out the same way it did for me my QQ KK AAs got
cracked the first 22 times in a row. i called party and bitched
after that i won my next 10 made a final table got to almost even then
bam lost it all. kept playing then bad beat after bad beat called
again and bitched once again started winning after calling acouple of
more times and about 100.000k hands later started winning a little
(played on party for about 2 years also. tell they stoped it)
.
as for poker stars i won the first week then bam lost hole bankroll
these where my best five hands after the first week. flopped a str8
had a fullhouse and flopped trips 4 other times and lost then all. the
flopped str8 was my last hand and my bankroll (oh got beat by runner
runner)) have'nt played since.

When I read your post the first thought that comes to mind is that you are a
player that puts great value on your hand preflop and are surprised when the
flop improves a weaker hand.
I noticed that my ability to read a flop was fairly weak from playing mostly
Tournament NLHE. When the flop came, I would only look at the highest card
for top pair. My expectations were equal to the preflop odds of the hand.
It was my goal to work on reading a flop, so I went to play at the pot limit
HE tables. Now those guys know how to read a flop because every pot is well
attended with just about every hand imaginable. After playing a variety of
hands and learning to better calculate odds, I came away with a much
stronger game.
By the way, if you do venture to a PL table, be careful raising your AA if
you get no help on a coordinated flop.

I won't comment on your post other than to let you know that you could
have seen the hand that got mucked if it went through the river. On the
top left of your table are the instant hand histories. Even though you
can't see the mucked cards at the table, you'll see them in the hand
history.
