I learned all kinds of things on this hand from all the mistakes I made.

The most glaring:

I didn't re-raise pre-flop.
I didn't jam after hitting the nut flush.

But with freerolls, they just might have called anyway.

What are you talking about? You got a multiway pot with AKs -
perfect. You got all-in on the flop with the nuts. The other guys
wouldnt have folded if you had jammed the flop anyway.

No, I wasn't all-in until the river. I was NEARLY all-in post-flop.

But with the way people play freerolls, it's almost like playing BINGO
anymore.

I play very very tight. So tight I get bored. I wait and wait and wait.
When I do finally get a hand to play I and jumping at the chance to
raise. As soon as I see AK im ready to raise, and usually do so unless
the action before me tells me not to. At a table that loose I would be
even tighter and my preflop raises would be even bigger than normal.
This might get some of the donks to fold. Your post flop play was ok,
you wouldnt get them to fold even with an all in. Just one piece of
advice, be cautious whenever the board pairs. That turn card was a red
flag. In your particular hand you couldnt do anything about it, but in
the future you might be able to.

If true, that would be a pretty good reason to jam.
