Check out sitepoint.com, or alternatively, rentacoder.com.
Sitepoint is cool. There is a forum where you can post a "design contest",
with a stated prize for what you want. They'll pop in with about 10-12
logos in a very short time. I've used them for a few different sites. Read
through it to get a basic idea of what they offer for what $$.
Rentacoder is also good, but more of a hassle with signups, escrow, etc.
