I'm eating white chocolate right now and it does not taste anything like
chocolate. Is white chocolate even made of chocolate? Tastes more like hardened
icing.

Thanks for the Wiki link. It answered my question. There are no cocoa solids in
white chocoloate therefore not chocolate.
It has cocoa butter, though. But it is the cocoa solids that give it the
chocolatey taste.

It's not chocolate. It's cocoa butter. That is, it's chocolate
with the actual chocolate removed.

I have never been a chocolate fan, which has always caused raised eyebrows since
I'm female and all...but I happen to adore white chocolate. Especially when it's
mixed with peppermint candy....mmmm, Christmas Bark.
