- by email, I will try it here.
Some time ago I ordered the electronic edition of your book. I paid via PayPal
using the link found on your webpage but have not heard from you since although

I just sent you a mail from my hotmail account (subject: RGP - "The Complete

I never had any problems with receiving large attachementstherefore there
shouldn't be a problem.

hotmail messenges?
Anyway, as I don't want to post my mail address here, I can supply you with the
PayPal transaction ID:

I sent the money on 17-Nov, to the account "Gary Carson" (maybe you received the
payment on 16-Nov, because of the time difference between USA and Europe)
In case PayPal blocks my mail address (what I do not assume), it will still show
my real name from which you can derive my mail address:
_@hotmail.com
Mind the underscore.
This should settle it.

The ebooks are to some degree pre-edited manuscripts.
In the case of the hold em book the ebook has some new stuff that will be in the
2nd edition.
