He was nice enough to give me lessons today for quite some time. He took
the $240 in my Stars account and worked it up to about $3000, before
finishing at about $2000 for the day.

Thanks again Russ.

From someone trying to get better - anything you can share? Things that
you will do now that you did not do in the past? Hands you'll play
differently, or hands you'll drop right away?

Would truly appreciate some tips, though I'm well below your levels by the
sounds of it.

Maybe Russ will be nice enough to repost his Stud/8 stuff for you but if
he doesn't you should search around for them.

How the hell did you hook that up, private lessons with Russ?

He created a thread not too long ago saying he was drunk and bored and
that he would help anyone with $500 in their Stars acct. I simply emailed
him a few days later seeing if the offer was still open. Truly kind of him
to assist a low limit player like myself.
