Well, I think he gets 10/10 for stupidity. First he calls a 3/4 pot bet with
a one card gutshot draw to the idiot end, then throws his stack away for no
reason. Absolutely dreadful IMHO. What on earth did he think you had for the
all in raise? Whether or not you should have raised all in is a different
question, but it seems you knew your opponent here :-)

p.s. Personally, I don't like completing this SB either, but some will
disagree, so I won't argue that one.

Seems ok to me. A lot of people put in a smaller raise, but thats kinda
silly if he might not be able to fold the sucker straight.
