Well, I am in, but hope it wont distract me too much, as I am in the wed 150K as
well, which starts at the same time.

I never played razz before but I wanna give it a shot tonight.
I have question. If people have a high card showing before the flop,
they bascially have horrible hands, right? Like if I have a 4 showing
and the guy next to me has a king, I should raise him because I know he
is starting with a bad hand?

If that king next to you had to bring in and everybody else folded, yes
you should raise.

Fully expect this to happen. Let's say you have a respectable hand, like
654 and raise. The K calls because, well, he has money in the pot, and
has 23K. 4th you'll get a 3 and he'll get a Q, but since he has 23 he'll
call your bet. 5th you get a 5 and he'll get an A, so the board is like
this:
You: (65) 435
Him: (23) KQA
He's obviously calling. 6th looks like this:
You: (65) 4352
Him: (23) KQA4
Now he has A234 and isn't folding no matter what, so yup, he calls again.
Then 7th:
You: (65) 4352 (5)
Him: (23) KQA4 (5)
You bet and of course get raised. If you're really stubborn and think
that there's no way he has you beat, you re-raise, and he caps it.

comes to a complete stop.
