I play on Full Tilt, in the .10/.25 NL $7.50 Cap Room.

What would be a good bankroll for this level.

At what bankroll level do you think I should move to the .25/.50 NL $15
Cap Game.

Yeah, we're in the same ballpark. I know some people will call us
paranoid, and point out that not everyone need professional level
bankrolls, etc. But I don't do anything half assed, and even if it's a
recreational bankroll, why ruin your fun with the added pressure of
impending bust? Esp. when the guy is worried about not being able to
reload?

Given you don't want to reload: Minimum 300 bucks, and that's only
because it's a cap game. Double for the next level.

One last thing, as a US players it seems increasingly more difficult to
reload. I would like to avoid that.

I am a recreational player. I was just wondering how the cap limit
(which I like, takes the sting out of bad beat a bit) would affect
bankroll requirements.

Currently I have $200 on FTP. I play for fun and don't want to risk my
bankroll, I would like to error on the side of caution.

My thoughts were...

.10/.25 to $500 then .25.50
drop to a BR of $125, go to to the .05/.10 room

Too conservative? I do think that micro limt players need proper
bankroll management also.

Given the slightly higher varience of the games, lets say 50 buyins
instead of 20.

This would mean $375 for the $7.50 game and $750 for the $15 game. Just a
guess.

Question 1 $7.50

Questions 2 $15

You have a job right? I hope you're not a pro playing at these levels.
Bankroll's not really that big of deal for recreational players with
jobs at these levels. If you deposit the minimum $50 you should be
busy for a while.
