I see all over the internet that IP has wireless internet for a fee, however, I
cant find anywhere that says how much they charge.  I got a sweet deal and will
be staying there for a few days next week, and I'm trying to decide if it's
worth beinging my laptop.

$1-3 a day sure, but $10+ heck no.

Anyone been recently, or know off hand?

Thanks.

There really little chance of the price you want. I recently used a
computer in a major Vegas casino and the price was over $1.00 a minute,
$10 minimum.

wireless fees should be different than computer fees.

Typical fee for WiFi on the road (at a hotspot, or in a hotel) is $10/day.

The fee for renting someone else's computer to access the internet is
higher - not the same thing, at all.

If you have a car, you can always go to the library and use the Wi-Fi for free.
1401 East Flamingo (near Maryland).  M-Th 9am-9pm, F-Su 10am-6pm.

Krispy Kreme on the second floor of Excalibur  has free wi/fi 24 hours a day.

Panera Bread locations have free wi/fi but the Vegas locations block poker
related sites.

Check out http://wififreespot.com/nev.html or similar site.

The last time I was in vegas I stayed at the Luxor who way overcharged for wi/fi
and I used krispy kreme, the wsop wi/fi at rio, and various library locations
when I was running around town (I had a car).

All the Las Vegas public libraries have free wi-fi. I gave the locations
for a few of them in an earlier thread: google has that post as

When I was there this summer, I recall that it was a really crappy deal
(though I don't remember the exact number).
