I don't think this was a parody of Blacks as much as it was a parody of a
Chapelle Show skit.
I have to say though, watching this in the same weekend that I watched
"Battle Royale" probably wasn't a good idea. I might as well watch
Evangelion tonight to complete the effect of being completely out of my
mind.

The Chappelle Show skit originally aired in January '04. The Japanese
skit is much older, 2001 I believe. Perhaps Dave borrowed some ideas
from this short.
