In the past year, the Iraq PM promise he could end the insurgents in
six months with
the means and tools.
At the summit in Jordan BUsh promised the means and tools to the
Iraq PM.
PM gave BUsh until the summer to
deliver.
When BUsh returns to Washington they will tell him what the means
and tools are.
