Chris Daughtry was on American Idol this past season...went out 4th I
think. I heard he was going to join Fuel, but apparently that didn't
happen. I have this album and it's ok. Nothing groundbreaking, but his
vocals are pretty good on it.

He was offered the lead singer gig with Fuel.  He turned it down.

Now he's singing in a band with a MySpace page.

There's a good decision for you...

As silly as you may think myspace is, it is a huge marketing vehicle. Did
you notice that the band has an official website( as listed on myspace), the
myspace page is merely a result of a smart marketing group.
He made the right choice in not signing with Fuel, he would have never made
a name for himself.

The "Daughtry" album opened at No. 2 on the Billboard charts by the way.

But, Fuel sucks anyway. Oh, Fuel has made a lot of money, but so has
Nickelback. It's sad that people consider this rock music when bands like
the Stooges have sold maybe 1/10th of what Fuel has.
