Rocky II isn't that bad, although the ending of the fight is lame. Rocky III
sucked. Rocky IV is totally awesome. Name another boxer that paved the way to
harmony between the US and the USSR and the end of the Cold War? YOU CAN'T!

I will admit to being very excited when I saw the commercial, I had no idea it
was in the works. Brought back a lot of memories from as a child watching the
series.

Hmm, I'm not sure which one it was, but there was one that was really bad.
Basically the whole movie is fluff until the final fight scene, where
Rocky is getting his ass kicked, then in some moment of slow motion
inspiration he finds his inner strength and comes back to win the fight.
Which one was that?

I think the inspiration for Rocky was the Matthew Saad Muhammad/Marvin
Johnson fight in 1979. Matthew Saad Muhammad was cut over both eyes and
blood covered his face but came on to stop Johnson in the eighth round.
They called him Miracle Matthew.

Don't think so. You got the cart before the horse as the original
