Subject: My silly Games Grid update post

Here I am with my usual case of insomnia at 3am and nothing to do so I'm
going to post this probably boring report on my progress at Games Grid.

Some of you may remember my post a couple of weeks ago where I stated that
I had 22 cents on that site and then noticed that the freerolls they had
suspended were now being offered as $10 tourneys for a penny entry fee and
I started playing in them. I cashed a few and then played .01/.02 and
some guy refused to play with me HU after I beat him out of 20 cents.
Since then I've taken a first for $3 and a second for $2 and a bunch of
$1's and then moved up to .05/.10 limit. Now I'm playing .05/.10 NL
(buying in for $5). I'm now up to $49.43 cents. How far do I have to go
to match Chris Fergusons legendary performance starting with $1? Take
into consideration that he wasn't playing on a tiny site with limited
options for games.

Sorry for all this if it's boring but I warned you. Also, I'll be sure to
admit it and post when I go busto.

Wow, I think you are doing great. While math wise I think you need to
take it to over $2,000, because of the site, I think $1,000 would be ok.

Good luck

Thank you very much. It's going to be a grind. I'm not so hot at NL
which is the only way to win any money at that site. I have fun, though,
playing while watching TV and surfing. Look for either my huge,
successful brag post or my shamefaced admission of defeat.

I don't get it. With $49.43, you should be buying into $1/$2 NL easily.
That's a $9.43 cushion!

I will admit that everytime I play NL my cojones clench up. I need more
of a BR. Like from YOU. I'll give you a great split!

Hah, yes, cause I'm a high rolling poker player, yup that's me! :)

I remember the 1/2 games on GG to be pretty horrid. But then again, there
are so many bad 1/2 games out there with a much better game selection that
it makes no sense to play there unless you're doing what you are now. My
bonus ran out there in April, and I've only been back a few times for no
real reason. Once was the $25 they gave me that lasted about 15 mins.

$78.19 now. I just placed 2nd in a little tourney.

There's a TonyG that seems to be associated w/ whatever network GG's on.
Is that the really loud-mouthed wild guy I saw on TV? He was pretty
decent in the chat if that was him.
