by a Federal grand jury somtime this week. Sen. Frist has been under investigation for the past 2 years by the SEC and the FBI for various wrongdoings and in particular violation (s) of Section 10 (b) 5 of the 1933 SEC Act. The indictment will remained sealed until after the holidays but you can bet the farm it is the SOLE reason the scumbag withdrew his name from consideration for the 2008 Republican presidental race. This piece of shit will be resting comfortably in a Federal penal institution before the end of 200. So you see children; "what goes around, comes around".

The year 200 has come and gone for over 1800 years now. Frist withdrew from the race because he knew he didn't have a snowball's chance of getting the nomination. He's a whole lot smarter than fools like Jon Carry and AlGore, who think they still have a chance.

The old news, and sufficient reason he should be hung by his balls in an Amazon ant tree, is that he is the one who orchestrated the treason assault on Max Cleland (sp) in Georgia 2002 elections. Max, who had lost three limbs in Viet Nam and who, in congress, had been a great supporter of the military. LOL...yawn...so what...and I bet nothing comes of your internet indictment...he withdrew his name for a number of reasons...the chief being he couldn't get laid in a whorehouse or get any reforms passed over the Dem filibusters...he was a failure as Senate Leader and gets a major bite out of the lost election shit sandwich...the poker bill was a meaningless bit of typical Washington meddling that both dems and reps do for campaign contributions...hopefully this first class surgeon will go back to saving lives and do what everone should do... STOP VOTING...DON'T VOLUNTEER...IGNORE ALL LAWS...AND LET THE SYSTEM FALL APART... Neal the REAL DEAL! wrote: > by a Federal grand jury somtime this week. Sen. That's a pretty big leap there Neal. The SEC investigation has been public well over a year now and is old news. What made you conclude yesterday that he was indeed indicted? Is this conjecture relative to Frist's recent announcement that he's pulling out of the 2008 presidential race? Is it just wishful thinking? Or do you actually have any facts relative to the sealed indictment you claim? I agree with Mr. oil doe. In fact, were it not for the fact that Bill Frist is a fairly well known "public figure," you could easily be sued for making such an unsubstantiated allegation. However, having said that, it makes sense that there might be an ember of fire underneath all the smoke surrounding Frist's sudden announcement that he is withdrawing from pursuit of the 2008 GOP presidential nomination. Mr. Frist is an ambitious fellow. He clearly had his sights set on the White House, irrespective of the fact that his odds of actually landing the nomination were [probably] 10:1 against. The whole point of his decision not to seek reelection to the United States Senate was predicated on the realization that he would need to spend all of his time, (virtually 24/7), traipsing around states like Iowa and New Hampshire "warming up" to the voters. This was also what motivated him to slide the "Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act" of 2006 into the Safe Ports Security legislation. It was nothing more than blatant pandering to the folks he was hoping to win over in Iowa and New Hampshire. Now, if Mr. Frist does indeed face indictment for securities fraud, the UIGEA will have went for naught. Oh well, couldn't have happened to a nicer guy ... Alan C. One concept that seems to be missed here. Billyboy ticked off some deep pockets. On Dec 2 2006 10:46 AM, lawhonac@HiWAAY.net wrote: > I agree with Mr. oil doe. If the CongressCritters opened investigations into insider trading and land deals that benefited them, both parties would lose a whole lot of their most prominent members. It ain't gonna happen. Harry Reid's land deals would be one of the things to top the list. I bet you are still waiting for Rove to be indicted any day now, Real Soon.
