Subject: Funding a Pokerstars account with Neteller.

I live in Illinois. Will I be able to deposit into a Poker Stars account using
Neteller and Instacash, or will it be blocked because of restrictions against
United States based accounts.?

Yes, but do it directly on Stars. When you deposit on Stars with
Neteller, the Instacash option is available. This eliminates the fee you
would have to pay doing Instacash on Neteller and then funding your Stars
account.

Or you could call them, or write them. Yes they do have support info on
their website.
