Hey,

Sent an email to Fulltilt concerning my displeasure with the amount of
suckouts, etc. I sent them documentation of the absolutely crazy
statistics over the last five hundred hands. They never sent me a
response, but today I recieved a Fulltilt coffee mug and a deck of
playing cards. Wierd. The coffee mug is really nice.

Sounds like the equivalent to hush money to me.

Surprised they didn't send you the "Complete Idiot's Guide to Statistics"
instead.

That's strange. When I complained about the number of suckouts they sent
me 'The Complete Statistician's Guide To Idiots".

I recently deposited money at full-tilt & played a couple of horse
tournaments. the first time I played,I noticed that in the hand
history, the way the cards were dealt in seven card stud, were scrambled
& not in the order dealt,as proved by looking at how my cards came. I
sent three e-mails to support, asking why this was so,& what good was
hand history,if you could'nt see what players were trying to suck out
with. when it became apparent that they had no intention of answering my
e-mails, I withdrew my funds & dumped their site. I have been playing
on-line over four years,& its tough enough without playing on a site
that has no interest in working with their clients

The main email server that FullTilt's support emails come from is on at
least one spam blacklist. If your ISP does any blacklist spam blocking,
you wont' get their emails. I offered to work with them to see which
blacklist service had them blacklisted, but they weren't interested and
kept insisting the problem was on my end.

If you want to play there, get an email address from gmail or another free
provider. Until FullTilt gets blacklisted there, that is.

They should've answered your question.

The reason they scramble the hole cards at showdown is to mimic the
players' capability of doing so in "live" games.

thanks for your input Peg. I understand the scramble in a live game, &
could probably accept that as an answer. but to totally ignore the
e-mail, was something I have seen at other sites as well. who needs it.
probably the most responsive site I have ever played on was party
poker, but alas, they are gone for now. Oh well. I will not play at a
site that does'nt appreciate my business
