As I pulled my account with them because of this stupidity...
Me:
"While I appreciate your staff's attention and promptness to my questions,
I still have serious reservations concerning playing at UB. If you are
unable to take a player off a single table because he is playing at
another table, I have no wish to play at your site.
This would seem to me to be a very simple matter. If I sit out too long, I
am booted. Why not someone else? He is taking away potential $$$ from all
players. I find that totally unacceptable."
Them:
"Thanks for your kind reply.
We do regret you feel this way about this situation. However, we can't
removed this player from this table, since he will be removed as well from
other tables where he is currently playing. It will be unfair, since he
would loose the funds he has at each table.
Rest assure, once we notice he has left each table, we would manually
removed him from Bogalusa's table.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with."

I don't think the problem is they won't do it. i think the problem is they can't
do it. Have you asked them if you report this again to message the guy and ask
him to fix it or be removed?
This guy could be multitabling and forgotten about this table. Why not send him
a message yourself and nicely ask him is he wants to play with you?
Maybe this function is something that you and a manager can discuss and have it
put in for the next upgrade?
There are a hundred things to do here. If you are making money at UB it would be
dumb to withdraw over this.
