Dear Sir/Madam ,

Thank you for taking the time to contact us to resolve this matter.

Your withdrawal was cancelled back to your Ultimatebet account due to a
name discrepancy.

UltimateBet absolutely cannot process a Neteller transfer unless the
name registered with UltimateBet matches name listed with Neteller. This
policy is in place to minimize the potential for fraudulent activity
and to protect our clients, thus this policy is strictly enforced.

The name you currently have listed with UltimateBet does not match the
name on your Neteller account.

In order to update your name with UltimateBet or in the case of spouses
sharing the same Neteller account, we require confirmation of identity
before proceeding with your withdrawal.

Kevin,

If I am not mistaken you had this concern a few months ago in regards
to your account and your ability to receive rake back. In this incident
I believe that the information led us to the conclusion that you would
have no problem playing under this account. I will follow up with my
affiliate manager and make sure that this is still a possibility. Thank
you for your patience on this matter and best of luck at the tables.

I got an odd email from a "host" saying he got my email from somewhere
i dont use it. I know i do whine sometimes and maybe that was the point
he was trying to make. He called me Mike in the email, that isn't my
name. All i can get from the hosts email is that he used the wrong name
for me and an email that would take some searching to find.

If i have ever been a problem at a table, please let me know. I can
forget about the email either way.

Am i still able to use my wifes acct and cashout thru mine ?

She and i are seperated but i can still use her poker accts. based on
our laws and legal agreements.

I use hers to get the rakeback.

I recently had an issue w/cashier saying i cant cash the money out.

Now i won the money fairly and i dont "have" to tell you all this but
i feel that being honest is the best way.

There is nothing legally barring me from using her acct. on my end.
Our agreement left the poker accts in my name. I'm willing to not use it
if you want but i will play at UB a whole lot less as in the long run
the rake makes a difference to me. I do start and play short tables.

When my wife was here we used firepay but that is no longer
available.

Presently the cash is in my acct. Is there a timeframe to leave it
there before withdrawal ?
If it's impossible to cashout then could you please send a check here
via a courier ?

If you do want to call my phone number is 508-410-0905.

I would like to add that about 95% of my postings at Recpoker with
regards to UB have been really good. Just a week ago a new player was
asking what site had the best graphics and i said UB was. I heard your co
was purchased by Absolute. Will you be pooling players ? PLEASE don't
change the graphics at UB. Seeing AP at every seat at Absolute was
enough to chase me away.

Thanks for the attention in this matter. Kevin Coxen

Dear Sir/Madam ,
Please be advised that your account has been subject to a random
security check. Upon verification of your play history, we see that you
are
requesting a withdrawal of $1000 and this amount was not accumulated
from game-play. The funds come from transfers from other players.

Our site is audited by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission, thus we cannot
be seen as any kind of banking facility. Please note that the transfer
option is in the game to enhance your gaming experience and to provide
associated players, who do not have alternative deposit methods, a
means of funding their account. The transfer option is not to be used as a
means of withdrawing from another players account.

Please transfer the funds back to the original player so it can be
withdrawn.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

Amy

They aren't picking you out to harass you here. This is their policy, and
is an automatic email kicked out from the system. It's real easy to fix
this. 1) go to Neteller and change the name on your account to the name
on the UB account before processing the withdrawl. 2) read the last
paragraph and go through identity confirmation with them for whatever name
is on the other account.

It's not rocket science. If you'd take the time to read their emails, you
could figure out what they are asking.

I didn't do a thourough analysis of the emails, but what I did notice
is they said that you could play on that account. They didn't say you
could withdraw from it. You may have asked that question, but they
may nopt have answered it directly.

I've followed almost the exact steps you outline but it was to make sure
email addresses matched. It wasn't that difficult.

I guess it was easier to go play higher limits (and lose the money) then
bitch about how UB was out to get him.

i think it is reasonable to assume that you posted your email address somewhere,
and that is why you got an email from a "host". afterall, didn't  you just post
your phone number?
