I'm bored, been drinking, having nothing to do. I'll go half with
someone with a reputable repuation on RGP. We'll split the wins or
possibly the loss. It will be payday tomorrow. Email me at
RussGeorgiev@aol.com or call me at 206-399-4019. It's getting a lesson
for FREE. But, tell the people how we did. I have a reason for doing
this, but don't ask.

I'd take the info from your account and play plus give you a 20%
freeroll, but somehow I don't think I'd get my money if I won. I know
you'd get yours if I did happen to lose.

I wish I had time Russ, maybe after the holidays.  I'm losing my ass on the 5
card draw games so that is my next lesson.

Having played a lot of Draw in my life, I was ready for it when it was made
available at Paradise. And let me tell you, it was REALLY juicey at first.
But after three months, the games had really changed. Live ones got ate up,
quick.

What I'm saying is, that I know a lot of the players who are now in the
games at Poker Stars. Many of them became fairly good. I don't mean
sophisticated, but many are not giving anything up. Many of them have the
'fault' of wanting more to be tricky than win money.

Over the last few years I have paid close attention to the online Draw
games. When Boss Media started with them, it was AGAIN extremely juicey.
And they had bigger action available than did Paradise when they started. I
mean some REAL donks, at 10-20 and up. Most were from Turkey or Greece or
Italy.

What I'm trying to say is, that I know there are definitely some fairly good
players ready to fill the Draw games at Stars, and you are not going to find
as many juicey games as I originally thought would be offered. My point is,
as it was in California, the REAL action is to be found in Lowball when both
games are available. Although Stars does not yet have Ace-Five single draw
Lowball, they do now offer Triple Draw, and at decent stakes. So you may
want to skip becoming a Draw High expert, and concentrate on the Low side.
I will guess that in four months from now, the Low games at Stars at $5-10
will still be juicey, whereas the Draw High will not be. That's the way it
turned out in California.

Of course, there are always exceptions. And when you find yourself with
clueless opponents in a Draw High game, it's enough to make you salivate.

I know we've talked about it before. But there is a book that I am sure 99%
of the people on RGP have no idea exists. That, of course, is Play Poker,
Quit Work, and Sleep Till Noon, by John Fox. This is absolutely the best
book on poker EVER. Sure, it was written primarily about High Draw
Gardena-style Jacks-or-better. But it is very deep.

I have no concern about waking people up. I'm sure if we talk about this in
different threads on RGP for the rest of the year, I am sure very few people
would bother to purchase it, let alone study it. Let them all buy their
little Harrington books, their Phil Gordon books, whatfuckingever.

It is The Bible.

I'm finding the micro and low limit 2-7 triple draw to be the most
profitable cash games on Stars at the moment Having people draw THREE cards
on the third draw after making a nut 7 or 76 on the first draw and being
raised into is a real pleasure.. I just started this current session:

During current Triple Draw 2-7 session you were dealt 22 hands
Pots won if drawing - 4 of 12 (33%)
Pots won at showdown - 4 of 4 (100%)
Pots won without showdown - 3

So far I'm up 60% of my buyin.
