What should I have done differently here? I guess I should not have come in
for the sb, draw 3 and hit a pretty big hand in bad position?

Other than to play fewer 6s, I don't have a problem with the play of the
hand. I play it the same way. Just remember, 6 is not a wheel card.

They way I have been playing 2-7 on PS is max bet as soon as I had a pat hand.
People are still learning the game so make them pay.

If your intent here is to draw three, then just fold it. I'd draw 3 to a
23/24/25/27, but not a 26. However, I might call and draw 2 to the 862.

Now this is probably a bad idea. A 9-low will be a favorite against 1
player on the last draw, if they draw, but not against 2+ players with 2
draws remaining. In other words, you have a very bad hand for this spot;
out of position with reverse implied odds, against draws that are very
live and much better than your hand.

You will almost certainly not get called here by a worse hand. Betting is
only going to cost you money in the long run. Check and hope they check
behind you.
