Does anyone know of any spread limit games in Vegas?

Example - $2 to $20 holdem $4 to $40 holdem.

In a $2-$20 game the blinds are $1 and $2 and the betting is $2 to $20
at any time.

the good players will crush the bad players more consistantly in such a
game, but also, players don't go broke as fast (so better for the house
than no limit) - the only such games I can find in vegas are $1 to $5
holdem - which is smaller than I want to play.

Where did you find a $1-$5 spread limit hold'em game? I'm not aware of one.
For that matter, I'd be a little surprised if you told me you knew of a
place that had a 2-20 or 4-40 game. I've played in a few places in my day,
and I haven't seen a hold'em game like that (although I haven't ever played
in California, so maybe that's where they are).
FWIW, the spread limit hold'em games in Vegas (that I'm aware of) are all
small games. Excalibur has a 2-6 game, and a crappy little joint downtown
(can't remember the name) had a 1-3 game when I was passing through.
