Subject: Apology to Gary Carson

Awhile back I posted a question to the group and Gary Carson responded with what seemed to me at the time to be more "I am better than you" than helpful. Gary's site came up in discussion on a small email list I belong to, and I ended up re-reading the "What do I do with AQ" thread earlier today. Gary... I just wanted to apologize for snapping at you for advice that really ended up being right on the mark. I was too close to the situation to accept what you posted without seeing it as an attack. After being away from it and coming back, I can see that you were trying to be helpful and I wish I'd read your response objectively rather than learning the hard way. Thanks to all who posted replies. It won't let me post directly to the old thread, so here's a link to it. http://groups.google.com/group/rec.gambling.poker/browse_thread/thread/90e20ee79cc98e54/73478c214ccd8812?q=What+to+do+with+AQ%3F&lnk=nl&hl=en&

No problem at all. Very few people who ask that kind of question then actually objectively consider the response they get. Did you try the recipie for nutrina? I've heard it works just as well with other kinds of rats, but I've never tried it.; On Dec 4 2006 12:10 PM, Ice wrote: > Awhile back I posted a question to the group and Gary Carson responded > with what seemed to me at the time to be more "I am better than you" > than helpful.
