Say I am on the list for the 75 - 150 game. They have a seat open in the 15-30 and a seat open in the 20-40. Caring less about who is in each game I decide I want to play 15-30 much more than 20-40. Mind you I am on the list for the 75-150 What is it I like about the 15-30 game more than the 20-40 game? _______________________________________________________________ Block Lists, Favorites, and more - http://www.recpoker.com

I'll make a guess. The 20/40 game is breaking point for the quality of competition and players that stand a chance to make money. In other words, players stick at this point, if they are able to consistanly beat it. The 15/30 game is a feeder game, and players consistantly donk a few chips while they wait for bigger games. Player that don't think they can beat the 20/40 will take their shot at the big money in this game. The 2/3 blind structure? The fact that a lower limit is likely to be more fishy? This is a trick question. The real answer is that you've been playing poker for a living long before most of the kids at the table were even born. They all have their heads up their asses, and don't have a flipping clue. Besides, with the amount of pain meds you're on at the time, you wouldn't be able to tell if it was 15-30, 20-40, 25.5-51, or 7500-150000. The blind structure. SB is 2/3 of BB in $15/$30 as opposed to 1/2 in $20/$40. You'll be in the proper SB frame of mind when you get called to the 75. Don't you ever sleep? Same number of chips different denominations. It gets you better prepaired mentally for the 75-150 and makes the transition easier as opposed to the 20-40. 1. What's the blind structure of the 15-30? 2. What denomination chips are used?
