Customer support is ok. Getting a check costs $35 which is high. The software is not the best but it's not horrible except for the 6-max games which are played on 10 handed tables so it's sometimes hard to know if you're playing 5 handed because it's not immediately obvious. One thing I do like very much: I don't think it supports PokerTracker or like programs. You can change your user name frequently. Yes, but it's of limited use, as Cake users can change their screen names once a week.
