No, not really:
Kennedy on Wednesday denied without comment an appeal by Philip J. Berg, a
Pennsylvania attorney, that claims Obama is either a citizen of Kenya or
Indonesia and is ineligible to be president because he is not a
"natural-born citizen" of the U.S. as required by the Constitution.
Another appeal from California, based on Berg's claims, also was denied.

Of course the case was denied.
Barack Obama has no problem and is not going to do anything further with
the birth certificate issue except maybe call upon the loons to learn to
read.

Note the fine print at the bottom of Barack Obama's birth certificate
posted online:
"This copy serves as prima facie evidence of the fact of birth in ANY
COURT proceeding," followed by citations of the relevant state statutes.
In other words, it is as official as the original on file in the County
Clerk's office.
Not to mention that the state of Hawaii does not give out long form
birth certificates, Barack Obama included.
WHY IS THAT?
answer: see prima facie evidence above.
The short-form certificate proves Obama is at least 35, and that he was
born on U.S. soil (a fact which, when read in conjunction with the
Fourteenth Amendment, conclusively establishes him as a natural born
citizen).
The only thing any intelligent judge will do after looking at the online
copy is say DUHHHH!!!
If you were born in Hawaii, the COLB will state that you were born
there.
If you were born out of state, and you are a US citizen, the COLB will
show what city and state you were born in, whether you requested a late
certificate, amended certificate, or an adoptee certificate. The only
time Hawaii will change your actual place of birth is if you're in the
witness protection program or similar,
If you were born out of the state, and in a foreign country, you receive
a COLB that states your foreign city, country of birth, not Hawaii. Just
like a US passport.
If you were born out of country, and are a non citizen, you do not
qualify to receive any Hawaiian COLB, period. Otherwise, the 6 or 7, or
whatever billion people who aren't US citizens would simply descend upon
Hawaii to claim their COLB, and and obtain citizenship without going
through the immigration and naturalization process.
If you are born out of country, and adopted, you receive a COLB that
states your foreign place of birth AND that that certificate does not
provide proof of American citizenship.
The point is, if you were born in Hawaii as Obama was, the COLB would
state it, and that is prima facie evidence that you are natural born. If
you were not born in Hawaii, the COLB would certainly not state that you
are.
