Stars probably sends the encrypted hand information in tiny little bursts
maybe a few dozen bytes per hand. Then they turn around and broadcast their
promotional messages, probably 500 bytes or more to all tables. Each time
they do that they induce a lag that slows the table play to nothing. Most
of those messages are the same byte strings with small message differences.
