I remember a place where you could always find a game to fit your needs and along side it was another game that could easily get you on your way to the big game. That place is gone for now. Rumor has it won't be back any time soon, least not the way it was. You need fish to feed a shark, but the fish need to be fed also. Too much money in the big boys hand has ruined the game for us all. You see, it is the fishermen and ultimately the diner that dictates the rules of the game. And for too long now, the game is being manipulated. The fix is in. the top 3% of the players are controlling the games that exist to be played.. The rake is too big, the buy in is prohibitive, the payoffs are skewed. If we all want to play that great American money generating machine we here on RGP know as POKER..... Then we need to pay attention to how the game is being run. What is so wrong with helping the fish get back in the game.? As Players, can we not agree that money always flows upward, and that any money donated to the fish is sure to find its way back to the top? In the mean time , the fish has gotten lucky or bought a hot dog, or just made life worth living because the fish didn't catch you for several buy ins out back near your car. It is time for the Diners to pay the fishermen more, to bring back the fish so the shark can have his day. Anything less is truly Un American. --- * kill-files, watch-lists, favorites, and more.. www.recgroups.com

http://www.charityholdemcalendar.com/northville/index.htm lol Some of you might recall I mentioned this place a year or so ago, but they had to close down the poker games they were having (WSOP freeroll poker satellites). Well they are reopening and it is kind of funny to see the 'high stakes' part of what they are offering! lol Check it out. I have to check the site still to see what kind of rake they take. It may be worth it to start playing there. ======================================== You must not think me necessarily foolish because I am facetious, nor will I consider you necessarily wise because you are grave. ======== Boooooooong iiiiing! If I read this right you want to invite poorer players then you back to the game. You are not winning and want some people you can beat back. I think you are looking in the wrong place. You need to start looking at the ability to fund online poker not at what games are being spread. I am sure the profitability of everyone went down a little when that drunk american on a Friday night was not able to max out his credit card losing at online poker. Chris "NO!
