I'm still working on my list of 2009 Poker & Personal Resolutions but will start with this. In 2009 I will not initiate or participate in any RGP posts on the following four (4) topics. Unless, I am personally insulted or attacked by one of the posters, in which case I will respond and defend myself. Those four (4) topics are: #1. Arguments about the existence of God. I believe He exists and that's all that matters. #2. Religion vs. atheism. My religion and my faith have made me stronger and helped me deal with terrible and tragic situations - in war and in daily life. Atheists are welcome to winter solstice and nothingness beyond this short life. #3. Gay marriage. I believe a real marriage is between one man and one woman. Butt banging cocksuckers and dykes can call their relationships what ever they want. #4. Abortion, excluding cases of rape, incest or saving the mother's life. I believe murdering an innocent unborn child because he or she is inconvenient is one the most horrible crimes a human being can commit. I don't know how a person who participates in these murders lives with themselves and I don't care to listen to their empty rationalizations. On a brighter note, that still leaves poker, politics and the global warming scam. Irish Mike

PS I (like you) am a baptized Catholic and a product of 8yrs parochial school, 4 yrs of Jesuit high school and graduated from a Jesuit University (USF). The more I learned the more convinced that the Catholic Church did FAR MORE HARM than it did good and that is a TOTAL scam, NOT GLOBAL warming you pea brain! hanks --- : the next generation of web-newsreaders : http://www.recgroups.com

They want to call it "marriage", so it sounds like you don't have a problem with that. Cool. > #4. Abortion, excluding cases of rape, incest or saving the mother's life. > I believe murdering an innocent unborn child because he or she is > inconvenient is one the most horrible crimes a human being can commit. So it's not murdering an "innocent unborn child" in cases of "rape, incest or saving the mother's life"? I get it, in those cases it is acceptable to murder an "innocent unborn child". I'm glad that a)it is not considered murder and b)it is not considered a child. This makes it logical to allow the woman to make her own decision, legally. I will admit that even I was fooled by the fake Bob T. post herein as it was not so far off what Bob might have said. I do not mind my little fake friend. He is so insecure in his own persona that he has to fake others. It is sad. Actually, everyone that is so scared of being themselves seem to make up a special group of very sad folks. Imagine how poor one's self image must be to have to resort to such childishness.
