The best part of Badugi is when you stand up and declare, "Badugi !!!"
and everyone looks up to see who has a Badugi and they think, "I wish
I had a Badugi." In short the best thing about Badugi is saying

The real pisser is when you are pat after one draw and they keep drawing
and beat you like that. I have been playing it fairly frequently and I
have had that happen several times. I have been beaten by the nuts
several times also but have not yet made a nut low yet myself.
I think the PL Badugi may be the way to go. I tried it once and never
played a hand until I had a nut low 3 card Badugi and potted it. First
draw I got a K of the suit I needed. Even though I knew a K was worthless
I stayed pat for a bluff so to speak and potted again while my lone
opponent kept drawing all the way till the end where I finally got all my
chips in. He had been drawing to 9 low 3 card and made a Jack on the last
draw.
Sometimes the things that happen to the fish against me just leave me
dumbfounded when I compare it to what happens to me if the tables are
reversed. How can 75% of them get what they need when I get it 10% of the
time?
Anyway, I like to play it anyway and $2.2 for an hour or so worth of
entertainment is cheap.
I used to try to get home in time to play the 17:15 $3.30 HORSE and it was
to early, so I started playing the 2.20 Badugi at 19:15. Now they have
changed the entry fee to $11. Grrrrr

Shit luck but it happens. I once beat a guy's 543A badugi with my 532A.
And that was big bet badugi :)
