Subject: Had a nice day at the casino today

Got up early and drove to Winstar, I wanted to beat the crowds and not
have to wait for a game. Its only a 20 minute drive frommy place.
Well when I got there there were only 3 tables going and all were full
and no lists. I got on the 1-2 and the 4-8 limit.
Started oiut playing 1-2NL, while I was waiting for a limit game to
open up. 10 hands in I made it 15 in middle position with A-10
Hearts. 3 callers, flop A-10-6 two clubs. Checked to me I make it
30, 2 fold and the guy to my right comes over the top all in for 150.
Didn't know much about him yet, Asian dude who seemd loose. I called
he turned over 5-2 of clubs. He caught the J of clubs on the river
and I thought this day was gonna end quickly. Once I buy in I rarely
rebuy.
Slowly rebuilt until I was 30 bucks ahead and they called me for the
limit game. Started slow there but by the time I left I was up 335.
Made 1 straight, 1 flush, 5 sets and no full houses, but it was a
table full of calling stations and the cards fell my way at the right
times. 3 times I had a the same guy call me down to the river after
he missed his flush and held nothing better than a middle pair, two
those times I was raising after the turn. I wanted to buy him a ball
cap that said ATM on the front.
Anyways, I figured it was time for a poker post after all the politcal
crap I've been a part of for the last few weeks.

Well that was in the space of nearly 6 hours. I thought the one
straight and flush was pretty poor for the time played, but I really
didnt get many chances to draw at em.
I hit 2 sets of 7's in the space of 5 hands and the tripped up a 7 in
my hand 3 or 4 hands later, for a while after that if there was a 7 on
the board I couldn't get any action LOL.
