I had this happen once. 4 of us saw the river (I had TT and quit betting
on the turn). The river K sealed the deal, but 1 of the 4 folded to my
all-in.

I was just in a tournament the other day and I was HU with some other guy.
I had QQ and decided to play it smoooooooooooooth and call.
Flop comes 999. I push. I get called. 92 for the win.

I am not sure if I have ever saw a board with all aces. I might have, but
I am not sure.
