Damn, and 7 out of 9 of them were appointed by Republican presidents, too.
Anyone with half a brain would say it's because it was a completely
frivolous suit to begin with.
BUT SO WHAT!!!??? What about loyalty? And what about people who don't
have half a brain, like pokertoker? After all their support, are they to
be left out in the cold over a little thing like merit, or a complete lack
thereof?
I'm appalled, ABSOLUTELY APPALLED!!!

And there were reports by people that knew him that before he died in '69
(IIRC) some still "pundits" today that he regretted the appointment of
Warren for a full two years before his death.
He also appointed Brennan, Whittaker (The Warren court swing vote), Potter
Stewart and I thnk one more.
The Warren court was a disaster, as was the Eisenhower Presidency. What is
your point?

a stupid liberal idiot, brought up the fact some certain justices were
appointed by republicans, as if implying that they should be "conservative".
But what the fuck, MANY appointments by past republican presidents, and many
ACTIONS and POLICIES of the republican presidents have been "liberal".
Nixon and Reagan GREATLY expanded the scope of the federal government. If
that is conservative, then I'd hate to see what they call liberal. Lynx
should just keep his fucking mouth shut because he is not qualified to even
have an opinion. He's too stupid to have an opinion. THAT'S my point.

disaster about Earl Warren is the kinda stuff that you like, James. You're

Warren that dealt with communism in one way or another, he sided with the
commie's side 92 out of those 96 times! The guy was a RED! That's what was
a fucking disaster about his court. And our country is STILL suffering from

Let's look at your track record:
1. You claimed that the polls were wrong, except for the only one honest
poll that you were aware of, and that McCain would win the election by a
substantial margin. Is that what happened?
2. After you were proven 100% wrong on the first issue, you came across an
even more ludicrous assertion, expecting SCOTUS to nullify the election
results based on Obama's citizenship. Is that what happened?
3. Now you have an assertion that is the most bone headed of all, that the
electoral college won't vote Obama in. Obviously you have no concept of
how electors are chosen. The facts are completely against you. But hey,
that's never stopped you from mouthing off before, why should it stop you
now?
So, after December 15, when the electors have voted Obama in, what is your
next hare brained concept going to be?
In a previous post you stated that "W" would take care of it, followed by,
"if you know what I mean". You didn't answer my post asking for
clarification. No, I don't know what you meant. Please explain that for
us.
